Mock Trial Team

ABOUT US

The UMock Trial Team is the undergraduate mock trial team at the University of Miami. UMock Trial strives to foster interest and growth in the fields of litigation and trial advocacy, as well as to provide a unique, learning-through-doing experience. 

Try-outs for new members are held at the beginning of every fall semester. Once on the team, members will be educated on the Midlands Rules of Evidence and the current years case materials, as provided by the American Mock Trial Association. The team will compete at invitational tournaments at several other universities across the country, as well as the Regional Tournament for AMTA.
